How to Order Perfume Samples

If you're not certain that you will like or be able to tolerate a perfume, please order samples first! We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent or share your contact information with anyone. Read the following information carefully:

Attars and Aromatherapy Perfumes are available in both vials and paper test strips.

Madini Perfume Samples are only available as paper test strips (no vials).

To order Paper Test Strips of Attars, Aromatherapy Perfumes, and Madini Perfumes, simply Follow These Instructions Carefully:

  1. Put a 1st Class stamp on a *STANDARD* Letter Envelope and address it to yourself. *If your envelope is too small, your samples won't fit!
  2. Fold the envelope and place it inside another envelope addressed to:

  3. Include a list of the perfumes you would like to try.
  4. Include $2 CASH for 5 strips, or $3 CASH for 10.
  5. Put a 1st Class stamp on the outer envelope and drop it in the mailbox. That's it!
  6. IMPORTANT:
    Cash-Only for test strips
  7. Limit 10 per household (If you want more samples, please place an order and I'll include samples of your choice for Free!)

    Why the cash-only and limit-of-10 policy? Tigerflag is a small company with most of the work being done by one person. Paper samples take a long time to make by hand, and I sell them at cost as a service to you. I simply don't have time to do more than 10 per household and I lose money if I must drive to the bank to deposit a tiny money order. ~Amrita

Ordering & Payment Methods

To keep prices as low as possible, we do not take phone orders.

Recently, a high volume of orders has us a bit backlogged and has caused some delay in shipping. We're working as fast as we can, and you will receive your order. I sincerely appreciate your patronage, and your patience. ~ Amrita

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Use our Secure Shopping Cart to pay by MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Credit Card orders usually ship within 3 business days. During periods of high volume it might take somewhat longer.

We also accept Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks drawn in U.S. funds from U.S. banks. U.S. Postal Money Orders are considered as good as cash. Other Money Orders or Cashier's Checks have a two-week delay after deposit before your order can be shipped.

Paying with a Cashier's Cheque or Money Order is easy! Here's how:

Place your items in the shopping cart and select "Cashier's Check" or "Money Order" as your method of payment. The cart will total your order and send you an Email confirmation. Print a copy of your order and mail it to us with your payment. Click here for our Mailing Address.

Fraud Prevention

All credit card orders are verified for matching address, zip code and the CVC security code on the back of the card. Make sure your Billing Address EXACTLY matches the Billing Address your card issuer has on file. If there is a mismatch we will not ship your order! We will send you an email asking you to resubmit the order, so please check your email. At our discretion, we may require a Delivery Signature.

If your Shipping and Billing addresses are different, we might need to contact you before shipping your order. Please give us a phone number and email address that you check regularly! We promise not to spam you or sell your contact information.

Shipping Information

***We sell and ship ONLY to the USA***

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We may, at our discretion, require a Delivery Signature. Shipping is a low $6.95 flat-rate per box.

Important: Our Flat-Rate Shipping is limited to the most product we can safely pack in ONE USPS Large Flat-Rate Box (12"x12"x5-3/4"). If you order more than that, we will ask you for additional shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

We cannot ship candles, diffusers, or packages weighing over one (1) pound to military bases or U.S. protectorates that require Customs paperwork. These items and orders weighing more than one (1) pound will only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii.

Credit card orders usually ship within 1-3 business days but during times of high volume might take somewhat longer. If you pay with a U.S. Postal Money Order we will ship your order quickly. Any other kind of money order, personal check, or cashier's check, please allow two weeks from the time we deposit your payment before we ship.

We will attempt to contact you if we are out of an item. If it's on order, you may tell us to send it when it arrives, or if you would prefer a substitution or refund. Orders will not be broken into two or more shipments.

Refunds & Returns

For health and sanitary reasons, ALL PERFUME SALES ARE FINAL. These items cannot be resold once they leave our possession. If you're unsure whether you will like or can tolerate any of our perfumes, please read about them and order samples prior to purchasing. There are several helpful articles that can help you make the best choices for your individual needs. You can also contact us for suggestions.

If you have any problems with your order, contact us by phone or e-mail and we will do our best to make it right. We might suggest ways to wear or use your products to make them work better for you. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please give us a chance to help you before requesting a refund or chargeback.

Because of the nature of our merchandise, we can only accept returns of UNused / UNopened items in 'Like New' condition. These may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, minus the shipping cost, but you must contact us first. Once you have a return authorization, you will need to package the item(s) securely, along with a copy of the receipt, and insure the package for the retail value of the merchandise.

Unless the problem is at our end, e.g. defective or wrong item shipped, customers wishing to return items will pay shipping for both the returned item and any replacement item. If the problem is on our end, we will reimburse you for your shipping costs both ways.

Security

We do not see or store your credit card information. Your credit card data is processed under the strictest security. The shopping cart we use is scanned daily by ScanAlert. The cart uses 128-bit encryption - the strongest available - to safely transmit your payment information to the First Data Global Gateway for processing.

Our website, shopping cart and office procedures meet strict PCI (Payment Card Industry) Standards. These standards were established to protect how your personal data is transmitted and stored. All merchants that accept credit cards are required to be PCI-Compliant.

Our office computer is a highly secure Linux system behind several firewall layers. Your data is safe from Windows spyware that could compromise your security. All names and addresses on paper are shredded before they are thrown away.

Privacy Policy

We use your contact information only for purposes of processing your order and providing after-sale support. We will never, ever share, sell, rent or in any way provide your personal information to others, unless legally required to by law enforcement agencies.

On rare occasions we may send out a plain text e-mail to customers to let you know about new products or specials. If you decide you don't want to receive these messages, all you have to do is hit 'Reply' and put 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the subject line.
